Delicious Haleem recipe

Mazedaar Haleem recipe:

Haleem is very tasty and delicious dish. It is mostly prepare on special events or weekend because it takes some time for preparation. It is very tasty and mouth watering dish. Mostly eat in South Asian countries and also other countries of the world. It is prepare with Daals and meat so it's taste increase how much we cooked it.

Haleem also called "Daleem" because it is prepared with different daals and beverages mostly daal channa, daal moong, daal masoor, daal maash, wheat grains, rice and corn grains.

How I prepare it now we discussed it.

Ingredients:

Meat boneless: (Mutton, Beef or chicken) 1 kg
Daal channa: 2 cups
Daal masoor: 1 cup
Daal moong: 1 cup
Daal maash: half cup
Wheat grains: 1 cup
Rice: 1 cup
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Cinnamon: 3 to 4 pieces
Cardamom: 2 to 3
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 5 to 7
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Salt: according to your taste

For tarka:

Oil: according to your need
Red chilli: 3 to 4
Cumin: 2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 cup

Preparation :

1 :First of all clean up all the beverages and meat then washed them well

2: Now take a pressure cooker add water and all the daals, wheat grains and rice in it then add salt and Turmeric powder in it then lock the pressure cooker and note the time almost 20 to 25 minutes

3: In other side take a tensile add water in to it then add chicken pieces, garlic and ginger paste, salt, cinnamon, Cardamom and Turmeric powder in to it and boiled them well. 

4: After 25 minutes open the pressure cooker then add boiled chicken (in form of threads) and boiled chicken water (yakhni) in it and mixed them well. 

5: Now add red pepper, Cumin and dried coriander powder, green chillis, half cup curry leaves, cinnamon and Cardamom powder in it and mixed well

6: For tarka take a fring pan add oil in to it when oil heat up then add red chillis, curry leaves and Cumin in to it and fry them until a beautiful tarka smell come out from it

7: Add this tarka in to Haleem and mixed well

8: cook it almost 10 to 15 minutes more after tarka

9: Now take a fring pan add oil and onions in to it and fry them until their color turns to golden brown

10: At last for garnish add green coriander and fried onions, Cumin powder and some pices of ginger on it.

11: Tasty delicious Haleem is ready serve with roti or Naan, rice , salad and Raita etc
