Nehari recipe

Nehari recipe :

Nehari is very tasty and very good recipe. It prepare with red meat (beef or mutton).  It is very tasty dish. Meat used for nehari must be big pieces as compared to normal size. Boneless pieces and bone's meat used in it. It's taste is wonderful and mouth watering.

Nehari is our traditional dish and prepare on a special event like eid, birthday parties, marriage parties, when some guest comes to home etc. Nehari also prepare in our daily meal. It is cook easy to prepare and take very short time for a almost 50  minutes.

Every body like this dish and want to prepare it so I tell about you it's preparation you must try it and enjoy with it's wonderful taste. Now we discuss about it's presentation.

Ingredients :

Beef: 1 kg
Nehari masala: 1 packet
Onion: 1 normal size
Ginger paste: half tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Wheat Flour: 1 kg
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Ginger: 2 tsp ( cut into thin finger shape)
Green coriander: 1 cup
Fried Onion: 2 small size
Oil: 2 cups
Salt: according to your taste

Preparation:

1:First of all in a pressure cooker add 1 cooking spoon oil add onions, meat, garlic and ginger paste and fry it.

2: Now add almost half packet of Nehari masala and mixed them well until masala's fragrance come from it.

3: Now add water and lock pressure cooker for almost half hour too well cooked meat.

4: Take a tawa or frying pan add wheat flour on it and fry them until their color turns to light brown.

5: In a glass of water and this wheat flour and mixed them well until a thick liquid ready.

6: Now open the pressure cooker and add this thick liquid slowly slowly and continue spoon move in it on low burner.

7: prepare tarka, in a fring pan add oil and onions in it and fry them until their color turns to brown now and nehari masala in it and add it into pressure cooker.

8: At last add green coriander and green chillis, pieces of ginger on it.
