Kulfa is a very tasty vegetable and very good for health. It is a green soft succulent leaves have rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Kulfa in English called purslane leaves, it is very good for health. Purslane leaves have very low calorie about 16 kcal / 100g
And major function is that purslane leaves have 3 - omega fatty acids. It is good to reduce oral cancer and cornory heart diseases.

Kulfa is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation. It is prepare with Daal channa and also its saag prepare.

Ingredients :

Kulfa:1 kg
Daal channa: 1 cup
Green onions: 2 cups Crushed
Tomatoes: 2
Ginger paste: half tsp
Garlic paste: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: half tsp
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need

Preparation :

1: First of all boiled daal channa and kulfa separately means in different tensile.

2: Take an other tensile add oil and onions in to it then add tomatoes and fry them for almost 5 minutes.

3: Now add all above masala ingredients in to it except green chillis and green coriander and fry them well.

4: Now add boiled kulfa in to it and Fry them for 10 minutes.

5: Add boild daals channa and mixed it well.

6: At last add green coriander and green chillis on it.

7 :Tasty daal kulfa recipe is ready to eat enjoy it.
