Degee biryani is very tasty and very delicious recipe. It's spicy taste is wonderful and very watering.
Mutton, Beef or chicken biryani all types is very tasty and delicious. Every body like to eat biryani happily. Degee biryani is spicy than other biryani, it's presentation method is very easy, big tensile or degh used in it and also degee masalas which increase it's spiciness.

Ingredients :
Chicken: 4 kg
Rice: 5 kg
Onions: 2
Tomato: 2 kg
Imli: 1 pao
Ginger and garlic paste: 1 cup

Yogurt: 2 cups
Dried coriander: 4 tsp
Cumin: 5 tsp
Yellow food color: 1 small packet
Green chillis: 7 to 8
Lemon: 5 to 6
Red pepper: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste

Cucumber: half or some chunks
Biryani masala: 1 packet
Preparation :
1: First of all a wash and sink rice for almost one hour.

2: Now in a tensile and water and 2 tsp oil then boiled it. 2 tsp Oil for separate rice each other when boiled.

3: when water boiled well then add rice in to it and boiled them.

4: wash and clean up chicken.

5: In a big tensile add oil and onions then fry it.

6: Now add chicken and garlic, ginger paste into it and fry them until chicken color turns to golden brown.

7: Now add salt, red pepper, Turmeric powder and tomatoes in to it.

8: After it add yogurt, biryani masala, green coriander and mint into it.

9: Now add lemon green chillis and Imli and mixed them well.
