Bhari hoye bhendi
Ingredients :
Bhendi: half kg
Onions half kg
Tomatoes: half kg
Green chillis: 7 to 8
Red pepper: 3 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp or according to your taste
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp

Preparation:
1: First of all prepare masala for filling bhendi. Red pepper, salt and Turmeric powder mixed in a plate.
2 :Secondly cut the bhendi in to center and fill masala in it with a knife .
3 :Take a karahi add oil, onions and tomatoes in to it and fry them for almost 5 to 7 minutes.
4: Now add bhendi and dried coriander in to it and fry them almost 5 to 10 minutes.
