Spicy chicken karahi
Ingredients :
Chicken: 1 kg
Onions: 3 to 4
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Cinnamon: 1-2 pieces
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 6 to 7
Yogurt: 1 cup
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Onions: 3 to 4
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Cinnamon: 1-2 pieces
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 6 to 7
Yogurt: 1 cup
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Preparation:
1: First of all clean up chicken and cut into small pieces.
2:Now add oil and onions in to karahi and fry them until their color turns to golden brown.
3: Now add chicken pieces, garlic and ginger paste, Turmeric powder, cinnamon and Cardamom and salt in to it and fry them well.
4: When chicken color turns to golden brown then add tomatoes, yogurt, red pepper, Cumin powder, dried coriander powder and green chillis into it and cover tensile lid for almost 10 minutes.
5: when chicken's water dried and oil come on surface then closed the burner take green coriander scattered on it.
6: Now it is ready to serve.
