Sabz tori recipe:
Sabz tori also called Ridge gourd. It is very tasty and yummy vegetable. It have alot of vitamins which is good for health. It's nutrition is equal to fish. It is very good for hairs and eye sight.
It is prepare with onions and green chillis it's taste is mouth watering. It is very easy to cook and take very short time for preparation so how it prepare now we discuss it.
Sabz tori
Ingredients :
Sabz tori: 1 kg
Onions half kg
Green chilli: 15 to 16
Red pepper: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed

Preparation :
Take a tensile add oil and cutting onions in to it and fry them for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add red pepper, salt, Turmeric powder and dried coriander powder in it and mixed well then add Sabz tori and mixed with masala cover the tensile lid for almost 7 to 8 minutes. After it fry them well until oil comes on the surface. Now it is ready to eat serve with roti and salad etc.
