Ingredients:
Beef Qeema: 1 kg
Peas: 2 cups
Onion: 3 to 4
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Tomato: 2 to 3
Green chilli: 4 to 5
Red chilli: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Cardamom: 2
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: 1 cup
Peas: 2 cups
Onion: 3 to 4
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Tomato: 2 to 3
Green chilli: 4 to 5
Red chilli: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Cardamom: 2
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: 1 cup
Preparation:
Take a tensile add qeema, onions, garlic, ginger, Turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon, Cardamom in to it then add 2 glass water in to it on the burner and boil it for 15 minutes. When water dried then add Peas, tomatoes, red chilli powder, Cumin powder, dried coriander powder and 1 cup oil in to it and Fri for 5 to 6 minutes until all masala dissolved in to the qeema. Cover tensile lid for 5 minutes until matar well cooked in qeema. When oil come out from qeema matar then closed the burner and add green coriander on it Now qeema matar is ready to eat serve with roti or Naan.
