How to make delicious Haleem recipe?
Haleem is a very tasty delicious and spicy dish. It is mostly prepare on many occasions like eid, birthday parties, marriage parties specialy on mehndi function and many other functions. It took too many time for preparation so there for it is mostly prepare on events. It is a famous dish in Pakistan, India and many other countries.

Health benefits of Haleem:
It is good to eat give your body fitness maintain. It is more powerful give alot of energy because it is prepared with many grains and pulses or beans and meat ( beef, mutton, chicken) and many spicy powders that gives diverse flavors . So it give energy to our body.
Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 kg
Daal moong: 2 cups
Daal masoor: 2 cups
Daal channa: 1/2 kg
Wheat grains: 1 cup
Rice: 1 cup
Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Turmeric powder: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 3 tsp
Cumin powder: 3 to 4 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 3 tsp
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Green chilli: 5 to 6
Cinnamon: 3 to 4 pieces
Cardamom: 2 to 3
Daal moong: 2 cups

Ginger paste: 3 tsp
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Green chilli: 5 to 6
Cinnamon: 3 to 4 pieces
Cardamom: 2 to 3
Ingredients for tarka:
Oil: 2 cups
Cumin: 3 tsp
Onion: 1 Crushed
Green chilli: 2 Crushed
Cumin: 3 tsp
Onion: 1 Crushed
Green chilli: 2 Crushed
Ingredients for garnish:
Onions: 2
Ginger: Crushed 3 tsp
Green chilli: Crushed 3 tsp
Green Coriander: Crushed 4 tsp
Lemon: 3 to 4 cut in to round pieces
Ginger: Crushed 3 tsp
Green chilli: Crushed 3 tsp
Green Coriander: Crushed 4 tsp
Lemon: 3 to 4 cut in to round pieces
Green coriander, lemon, ginger, green chillis and Fried onions
Preparation:
First of all boil chicken in a tensile and daal moong, masoor, channa, wheat grains and rice in an other tensile. For boiling may also use pressure cooker.
When all above ingredients boiled well then take a tensile add all ingredients in it and mixed well then add garlic and ginger paste Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, dried coriander, red chilli powder, cinnamon, Cardamom, black pepper and salt in to it and mixed well in low burner cook for 10 to 15 minutes then closed the burner.
When all above ingredients boiled well then take a tensile add all ingredients in it and mixed well then add garlic and ginger paste Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, dried coriander, red chilli powder, cinnamon, Cardamom, black pepper and salt in to it and mixed well in low burner cook for 10 to 15 minutes then closed the burner.
For tarka take a fring pan add oil in to it then add Crushed Onions in to it and Fri them until onions color become golden brown now scattered these onions on tissue paper or news paper for absorption of oil then add in this oil Cumin ( zeera) and green chillis and Fri it when it's smell come out then add it in to Haleem.
For garnish above golden brown onions, crushed green chillis, ginger, lemon and green coriander scattered on Haleem or make garnish with them.
Now tasty spicy Haleem is ready serve with roti or Naan and their special salad.
