How to make Aloo gobhi recipe?
Fresh home Vegetables give a fresh taste and beautiful fragrance during cooking. Cauliflower is my own kitchen garden product. It is very delicious and tasty when I cook with potatoes. How I prepare it let's discuss it.
Aloo gobhi recipe
Ingredients:
Cauliflower: 1 kg
Potatoes: 3 to 4
Onions : 2
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2-3
Green chilli: 3 to 4
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red chilli: 1/2 to 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Green coriander : 1 cup Crushed
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Potatoes: 3 to 4
Onions : 2
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2-3
Green chilli: 3 to 4
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red chilli: 1/2 to 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Green coriander : 1 cup Crushed
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Preparation:
First of all cut all above ingredients then washed them. Now take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and Fri them after 5 minutes add garlic, ginger, Turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon, tomatoes, dried coriander powder, Cumin powder, red chilli and Fri this masala until a spicy smell come out from it then add potatoes and cauliflower in to it and Fri in masala for 4 to 5 minutes then cover the tensile lid and on low burner cook it for 5 minutes. Now it is ready a sweet spicy smell come from it add green coriander on it and serve it.
