Ingredients :

Red meat (Mutton, Beef): 1 kg
Salt: according to your taste
Black pepper: 2 tsp

Preparation:

1: First of all clean up meat and washed it.

2: Now take a karahi or deep tensile add meat and 2 or more glass water in it means meat dip in water.

3: Now add salt in it, cover tensile lid and on low flame cooked it until meat well cooked and water dried.

4: At last add black pepper on it and serve it.
