Qeema karele recipe:

Qeema karele recipe is a very tasty and very delicious dish. It's taste is wonderful and mouth watering. It is mostly prepare for meal. Every body like it. It's spiciness and bitterness depending on your taste that how much you want to eat it. 

Onions and tomatoes excessive used in it. Green chillis used more than red pepper make it's taste very delicious and spicy. How it prepare now we discuss it.

Qeema karele 

Ingredients :

Beef or mutton Qeema: half kg
Karele: 1 kg
Onions: half kg
Tomatoes: half kg
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 1-2
Cardamom: 1-2
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste

Preparation :

1: In a karahi add qeema, 2 glass water, cinnamon and Cardamom, salt, 2 to 3 onions, garlic and ginger paste, and Turmeric powder in it and cover with lid, left them for boil it.

2: cut the karela add 3 tsp salt in it and mash it with hands, when karela's water come out then washed it well until all the salt washed from the karela.

3: Now in a karahi or frying pan add oil and karela and fry it until their color change and it's bitter smell come out then add onions which is equal to karela in oil and fry it until their color turns to golden brown.

4: When qeema boiled and water dried then add tomatoes and green chillis in it and fry them.

5: Now add fried karela and onions in to it and mixed them well with Qeema.

6: Now tasty and delicious qeema karele recipe is ready to eat serve with roti or and lassi.
