Allu palak k pakore

Allu palak pakora recipe:

Pakore is a very tasty and delicious recipe or also included snacks. It is very tasty and very easy to prepare. Spinach and potatoes pakora have wonderful taste.

Specially in ramzan month it is daily prepare for iftar. Every restaurants prepare samosa and pakora. It is mostly prepare in school, colleges, universities and on public places because students or our young generation always ready to eat spicy snacks and drinks.

It is mostly eat with raita, chatni,ketchup and also with fruit salad. How I prepare Allu palak pakora now we discuss about it.

Allu palak k pakore
Tasty and crispy pakore 

Ingredients :

Besan: Half kg
Onions: 4 to 5
Potatoes: 3 to 4
Spinach: half kg
Green chillis: 6 to 7
Cumin: 2 tsp
Dried coriander: 4 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste

Preparation :

1: First of all clean up spinach then cut it and washed them in a basket.

2: Now washed potatoes and cut in the form of stripes.

3: Take a bowl add besan, small amount of water and all above ingredients in to it and mixed well.

4: Now add potatoes and spinach in this mixture and mixed them well.

5: Now take a karahi add oil in to it and fry pakore in it until their color turns to golden brown.

6: Tasty Allu palak pakora is ready to eat serve with salad, raita and chatnies.
