Crispy snacks


Fries and samosa crispy snacks:

Today every body like to eat snacks specially our young generation always ready to eat snacks because they want to eat something crispy and spicy.

Fries and samosa is very common snacks eat every where in hotles, schools, colleges, universities and on public place it is prepare. It is very tasty and spicy take short time for preparation.

Some peoples have craze to eat snacks even they were not feel hunger but they want to eat snacks with craze.
I prepare Fries and samosa in my home to invite some guest. How I prepare it now we discuss it.

Ingredients for Fries.
Potatoes: 2 (cutting shape in stripes)
Besan: 1 cup
Red pepper: half tsp
Salt: half tsp or according to your taste
Cumin: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp

Ingredients for samosa:

Samosa Pati: 1 (packet available in markets)
Potatoes: 2
Onions: 2
Green chilli: 3 to 5
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed

Preparation :

Fries:

1 :Cut potatoes in the form of stripes and all above ingredients mixed with it in a bowl.

2 :Now take a karahi or frying pan add oil in to it and fry them until their color turns to golden brown

3 :Tasty crispy Fries is ready to eat serve with Raita and chatni.

Preparation:

Samosa:

1: Boil potatoes and all above ingredients mixed with it in a bowl.

2: Take a samosa Pati fill masala in it and make it samosa shape triangle shape.

3: Now fry them in oil until their color turns to golden brown.

4: Samosa is ready to eat serve with Raita and chatni.
