Pickle is good for health and fitness, reduce obesity and cholesterol level. In Pakistan it is mostly eat with rice with great craze. Pickle increase the beauty of meal.
It is mostly prepare in summer season when mangoes goes to ripe. Many vegetables are used in pickle e.g lemon, green chillis, karela, white channay etc.
It is prepare in Mustard oil and it is necessary that pickle dip in oil otherwise it is damage and not used long lasting.
How it prepare?
For its preparation the most important point is that water completely dried from vegetables after washing them and all the jars which we preserve it also dried.
Mostly in mixed pickle mango, lemon, green chillis and other masalas are used. Red pepper, salt, Turmeric powder, ajwine, soonf,etc. Cut the above vegetables and mango from the center and fill masala in it and then dip into Mustard oil.
Pickle used one to two years if we prepare in good way and preserved them well. For diet it is very good. It is mostly eat with pratha in brakefast. It's taste is wonderful and mouth watering.
