Masaladar bhendi

Masaladar bhendi recipe:

Bhendi is a very tasty vegetable. Masaladar bhendi prepare with onions and tomatoes. It is very tasty and delicious and take very short time for preparation so how it prepare now we discuss it.

Ingredients:

Bhendi: half kg
Onions half kg
Tomatoes: 5 to 6 normal size
Green chilli: 12-14
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed

Preparation:

Take a karahi add oil and onions in to it and fry them. Now add tomatoes, salt, red pepper, Turmeric powder and dried coriander powder in to it and fry them well until masala's fragrance come from it now add bhendi and mixed them in masala. Cover the lid fir almost 10 minutes on low burner

Now masaladar bhendi is ready add crushed green coriander on it and serve it with salad .
