Ingredients :
Mongre: half kg
Allu: 3 to 4
Onions: 2
Tomato: 2
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Green chilli: 2 to 3
Oil: half cup
Salt: according to your taste
Green coriander: 1 cup
Allu: 3 to 4

Preparation:
Take a tensile add oil in to it then add Crushed Onions in to it and Fri until it's color turns to golden brown then add garlic and ginger paste, all above masalas, tomatoes and green chillis and fry them well after it add chopped mongre and fry them at least 20 minutes then add potatoes and cooked on low burner at least 10 to 12 minutes. Now tasty and spicy Allu mongre recipe is ready to eat serve with roti and salad.
