How to make achar gosht recipe ?

Achar gosht recipe is a very tasty and delicious spicy recipe. It is very famous traditional dish mostly makes on events. It's fragrance and taste is mouth watering. Pickle masala make it's taste spicy and tasty.

Ingredients:

Beef /chicken /mutton: half kg
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Yogurt: 1 cup
Tomatoes: 5 to 6
Green chilli: 8 to 10
Achar gosht masala: 1 pack
Lemon juice: 3 to 4 tsp
Oil: 1 cup

Preparation :

First of all cut the green chillis from center and fill them with 1 to 2 tsp achar masala and lemon juice.
Now take a tensile add oil in to it and then add beef, mutton or chicken with garlic paste and fry it then add yogurt, ginger paste and achar masala in to it and mixed well then add 2 glass water in to it and cook on low burner until the meat well cooked. Then add tomatoes and fry them at the last and filled green chillis on it and cover the tensile lid for 10 minutes on low burner when oil left then it is ready serve with roti or Naan.
