How To Make Matar Pulao Recipe Desi Food

Matar Pulao

matar pulao is very famous and delicious desi food in pakistan and india. it is very easy to make and serve and take less time.

Ingredients:

Rice :  1kg
Chicken : 1/2 Kg
Peas : 1/2 Kg
Onion : 2-3
Ginger: 2 table spoon
Garlic: 2tsp
Tomato: 2-3
Green chili : 3-4
Lemon : 2-3
Salt : according to your taste
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) : half tsp
Cumin Powder (zeera) : 1 tsp
Dried Corriander : 1 tsp
black pepper : half tsp
Cloves (laung) : half tsp

Preparation:

put oil in a tensile and add cutting onions into it. when onions turning brown then add garlic, ginger and chicken into it and fry until the chicken turns into golden brown color. then add peas and all the other ingredients into it and fry 5-7 minutes. then add water when water boil, add rice into it when  water dried then cover the tensile lid and leave for 10 minutes on low burner.
Now matar pulao is ready server with Raita and Salad.
