Kofta Anda Recipe

How to make kofta anda recpie 
kofta anda is very tasty and delicious dish. Its taste and smell is mouth watering . kofta recpie famous traditional dish in many countries like Pakistan and india.it mostly cook on eid and many other events in Pakistan.it is very easy and take short time to cook.
Kofta anda recpie:
Ingredients:
ingredients for making kofta balls.
Boneless meat:mutton/beef 1/2kg
onions:Crushed 1and half
Garlic:2 tsp
Ginger:2 tsp
Green chilli:3 to 4 crushed
Cumin powder:1 tsp
Dried coriander;1 tsp
Besan flour:3 tsp
Lemon: 2
Salt;as your taste
Ingredients for kofta curry (masala):
Onions: 2 small size
Garlic:1/2 tsp
Ginger:1/2 tsp
Tomato:1 to 2
Green chilli: 2 to 3
Red chilli; 1/2 tsp
Turmeric power:1/2 tsp 
Oil:1 cup
Boild egg: 3
salt as your taste

Preparation:

Boneless meat convert in to mince (Qeema) then add crushed onion,garlic,ginger,crushed green chilli,salt,lemon,cumin powder,dried coriander and besan flour in to it and mix well with hands.After mixing make small balls of that mixture with hand then take a fring pan add oil in to it and fri kofta balls in to it  for 5 to 7 minutes on low burner.
Take a tensile add oil in to it then and onions,garlic and ginger paste,tomato,salt,red chilli and turmeric powder in to it and fri for 10 min until the oil seprate form masala and its beautiful smell come out then add kofta balls in to it and fri 4 to 5 min then add  1 and half glass water in to it and cover tensile lid for 8-10 mints on low burner then add boild egg in to it and close the burner and add fresh green coriander and green chilli on it . now it is ready to eat server with salad.
