Chargha recipe :
Chargha recipe is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation. Chicken broast is very tasty and very delicious recipe but chargha is a separate recipe against broast because broast are in pieces and chargha is a full chicken not in pieces.

Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 hen full size to normal size
Venigar: half cup
Yogurt: half kg
Chicken Tikka masala: half packet
Lemon juice: 4 to 5 tsp
Yellow food color: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Thread: for bind chicken's legs
Oil: 1 kg
Cinnamon: 2-3

Preparation :
1: First of all clean up chicken inside and outside then washed it well.
2: Now make some deep cuts on its surface with knife because masala absorb in it.
3: Now add Venigar on chicken and left it for almost 20 minutes.
4: In a bowl add yogurt and all above ingredients in it, now mixed it well and add this thick masala on chicken.
5: Now masala filling in and outside well on chicken with the help of hands. It is must that all cuts filled with masala well.
6: Now bind chicken's leg with the help of thread and take it in fridge for almost half hour.
7: Take a large tensile add small amount of water, cinnamon and Cardamom in it and warm it.
8: Now take a small and deep tensile in water and then add a net bowl on it now chicken take place in this net bowl and cover tensile lid. It is necessary that water don't touch net bowl.

9: On low burner chargha steam for almost half hour after take out it from tensile.

10: In a karahi add oil and warm it, now add chargha in it very carefully and fry it until its color turn to golden brown.
