Gajar ka Murabah :

Gajar or carrots is a very tasty vegetable. Carrots are rich source of iron and fiber. Carrot vegetable is very tasty cooked anyway in spicy dishes, sweet dishes, salad and many others form.

Gajar Murabah is very tasty and very delicious yummy food. It is preserve for long time and never destroyed even it's taste and color.

Carrots Murabah is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation so there for it is mostly prepare in carrots season ( winter)  when fresh carrots comes to market.

How I prepare carrots Murabah now we discuss about it.

Ingredients :

Fresh Carrots: 1 kg
Sugar: 1 kg
Cardamom: 2-3
Water: 1 glass
Lemon juice: 3 tsp

Preparation :

1: First of all clean and wash carrots well.

2: Now cut them into equal size

3: Add carrots and sugar in a tensile and leave it for almost half hour

4: When carrots leave it's water and sugar almost dissolved then take tensile on the burner on low flame

5: After 10 minutes add one glass water and cooked it until carrots become soft

6: Now add Cardamom and lemon juice and cooked for 5 minutes

7: when it's sheera ( water in it)thick and make a line ( tar) then closed the burner

8: Gajar Murabah is ready to eat, serve it when it cool.
