Chicken pulao is a very tasty delicious and mouth watering dish prepare every where. It is very easy to cook and take very short time for preparation. Tasty chicken pulao with Raita and salad
Ingredients :
Rice: 1 kg
Chicken: 1 kg
Onions: 3 to 4
Tomatoes: 4 to 5
Green chilli: 4 to 5
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Cardamom: 2-3
Cinnamon: 2-3
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Chicken: 1 kg
Onions: 3 to 4
Tomatoes: 4 to 5
Green chilli: 4 to 5
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Cardamom: 2-3
Cinnamon: 2-3
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Preparation :
1:First of all clean up rice and sink them in water.
2:Chicken cut in to small pieces.
3:Take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry until their color turns to brown.
4:Then add garlic and ginger paste, Turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon and Cardamom in to it.
5:Then add chicken into it and fry until chicken color turns to golden brown.
6:Now add all above ingredients in to it and fry them well.
7:Now add water in to it and boil them when water boiled then add rice in to it.
8:when water dried then cover the tensile lid for almost 10 minutes on low burner .
9:Now open dam and serve tasty chicken pulao with Raita and salad.
