Spicy daal channa recipe:
Daal channa is a very tasty and delicious recipe every body like it. It's taste increased when we make it spicy with masalas and tomatoes etc. How to make spicy daal channa recipe let's discuss it.
Daal channa, salad and Raita
Ingredients :
Daal channa: 2 cups
Onion: 2 to 3
Tomato: 3 to 4
Garlic and ginger paste: 1,1 tsp
Cumin and dried coriander powder: 1,1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Onion: 2 to 3
Tomato: 3 to 4
Garlic and ginger paste: 1,1 tsp
Cumin and dried coriander powder: 1,1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Preparation:
First of all boil Daal channa and seep water from it.
Then take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and Fry then add garlic and ginger paste, Turmeric powder, Cumin and dried coriander powder, red pepper, salt and cinnamon in to it and fry until the fry masala smell come out then add tomatoes and green chillis on again fry them at least 6 to 8 minutes when masala left oil then add daal channa in to and mixed well on low burner after 10 minutes close the burner and spread green coriander on daal channa. Now it is ready to eat serve with roti or Naan, salad and Raita.
