Chicken Qorma recipe:
Chicken qorma recipe is a very delicious dish. Qorma also count in traditional dishes mostly makes on events like eid, marriage parties, birthday parties etc. Chicken qorma recipe is very easy to cook and take short time for preparation. It's tasty delicious and spicy smell is mouth watering and increase apatite.
Ingredients:
Chicken: half kg
Onions: 2 to 3 normal size
Tomatoes: 3 to 4
Yogurt: 1 cup
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
If you make more spicy then use Qorma masala: 1 pack

If you make more spicy then use Qorma masala: 1 pack
Preparation:
Take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and Fry until it's color turns to golden brown then add chicken, garlic and ginger paste, Turmeric powder, salt and cinnamon pieces in to it and fry until chicken live their water then add yogurt and cover the tensile lid for almost 5 minutes then add all above ingredients in to it except green coriander and cooked them well when oil separate from the qorma it's mean it is ready, spread green coriander on it and serve them with roti, Naan, salad and Raita.
