Gol Gappay / pani puri recipe.

Gol Gappay is a very tasty and delicious spicy snacks. It is very tasty and mouth watering dish. Every where on public places, around school and college, bus stop, shops etc it's stall present.

Gol Gappay or pani puri spiciness increase mouth watering. Especially young generation always ready to eat this kind of snacks or food.

Gol Gappay is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation. How I prepare it now we discuss about it.

Ingredients :

For puri:

White flour: 1 cup
Baking soda: half tsp
Oil: 1 cup

For filling:

Boiled Channay: 1 cup
Boiled potatoes: 1 cup
Green hillis: 2-3
Tomatoes: 2
Chaat masala: 4 tsp

For water :

Tamarind: half cup
Dried plums: half cup
Chaat masala: 3 tsp
Lemon: 2

Preparation:

White flour and baking soda mixed and make a thin paste. In a fring pan add oil and make small puries or balls. 

Now make small hole in these balls with thumb and filling masala in it. 

In a jug of water add Tamarind, dried plum, lemon and chaat masala according to your taste and grand them well. 

Now gol Gappay is ready to eat with their spicy water and chatnies.
