Ingredients:

Arvi: half kg
Onions 4 to 5
Tomatoes: 2
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 6 to 7
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: 1 cup

Preparation:

1: First of all cut arvi into small pieces and add salt on it and leave it for almost 5 to 10 minutes.

2: Now take a tensile and oil and onions in to it and fry them well.

3: Now add garlic and ginger paste Turmeric powder and salt in it and fry them well.

4 :Now add all above ingredients in to it and fry them well until oil comes on surface of masalas.

5: Add arvi in it and fry them well, when it fry then add 1 cup water in it and on low flame leave it almost 10 to 15 minutes.
