Masaladar fish kari
Ingredients:
Fish: 2 without bones or thorns
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 2 tsp
Fish masala: 2 tsp
Lemon: 2 to 3
Onions: 2 to 3
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Green coriander: 1 cup
Oil: 1 cup
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 2 tsp
Fish masala: 2 tsp
Lemon: 2 to 3
Onions: 2 to 3
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Green coriander: 1 cup
Oil: 1 cup
Preparation:
First of all wash fish in a good way and cut into small pieces. Now ginger and garlic paste spread on it and Fri them in oil.
Take another tensile add oil in to it and then add Crushed onions in to it and Fri them until onions color become golden brown now and all above ingredients in to it except green coriander and Fri them for 10 to 15 minutes then add fried fish pieces in to it and cook for almost 10 minutes. Now it is ready serve with roti or Naan Raita, chatni and salad.
