Boiled corn on the cob

Boiled corn on the cob a tasty food:

Corn have a rich source of fiber and vitamins. Cornflour use in many dishes, barbecues, sweet dishes and in baking etc.
Boiled corn on the cob eat every where with craze. It is very tasty and delicious. Lemon and red chillis or chaat masala make it's taste spicy.

In punjab province of Pakistan mostly cornflour is use to make roti and eat with saag. it is very famous Desi and traditional food makai and saag.

How to boiled it :

1: First of all uncover the cob from leaves.

2: Every cob cut in to two pieces from center because in this way it is easy to boiled.

3: Now take a tensile add excess amount of water in to it and add corn cob in to it.

4: Then cover tensile lid on low burner and boiled for long time until corn on cob fully boiled or break their upper surface.

5: Now serve with lemon and chaat masala or red chilli powder.
