Seekh kabaab

How to make Seekh kabaab recipe?

Kabaabs are count in traditional dishes of Pakistan. Seekh kabaab is a very tasty and delicious dish. In home it is mostly prepare on events or when some guest comes. We prepare Seekh kabaab may be chicken, mutton or beef.

Why these kabaab called seekh kabaab?
Because it is mostly grilled on iron rod called seekh so that why we called them seekh kabaab. Seekh kabaab also called shish kabaab.

Ingredients:

Beef Qeema: 1/kg
Onion Crushed: 2
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Green chilli Crushed: 3 to 4
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Red chilli: 1 tsp
Pure Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Mint / green coriander Crushed:  half cup
Oil: half cup
Grain flour or besan: half cup

Preparation:

1: In qeema add all above ingredients except oil.

2: Mixed them properly with hand.

3: Take this mixture in to fridge for 15 minutes.

4:Now this mixture is ready for making kabaab.

5: Make kabaabs on seekh with hands.

6: Grilled kabaab on low burner or coal burner and oil spread on them with a funnel or a piece of soft clothe/ cotton.

7: when there color change or spicy smell come out from it then place them in to a plate and serve with roti or Naan, salad and Raita.
