Sabudana kheer is a famous healthy diet for kids. It is a simple food start early age of kids when they start eating solid foods. It is very easy to digest and a large source of calcium for bones and teeths . It is cook in milk. It take very short time for preparation.

Ingredients:
Sabudana: 1 cup
Milk: 1 liter
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Cardamom: 2-3
Water for boiling Sabudana: 2 cups
Milk: 1 liter
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Cardamom: 2-3
Water for boiling Sabudana: 2 cups
Preparation:
Take a tensile add 2 cups of water in to it and boil Sabudana until it's grains become colorless then add milk and sugar and Cardamom in to it and boil for 10 minutes. Now Sabudana kheer is ready.
