Allu daal k kabaab:

Kabaab recipe is a very tasty and delicious recipe. It is very easy to prepare and take short time for preparation. I prepare Potatoes and daal channa kabaab it is so delicious and very good taste.

When ever guests comes to home we easily prepare this kabaab for meal because it is easy to prepare. Some peoples make kabaab in a week and freeze it for whole week and enjoy with evening tea and coffee. When guests came to home then we fry these kabaab and serve them. How it prepare now we discuss it.

Ingredients :

Potatoes: half kg
Daal channa: 1 cup
Onions: 3 cut in very small pieces
Green chilli: 5 to 6
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Mint: half cup Crushed
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Cumin: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Besan viscous mixture : 2 cups
Lemon: 1 to 2

Preparation:

1 :Boil potatoes and daal channa. 

2: In a bowl add all above ingredients except besan and mixed them well with potatoes and daal channa. 

3: In an other bowl add besan and water and make a viscous mixture. 

4: Now in a karahi add oil and warm it. 

5: Now dip kabaabs in besan and fry in oil until kabaab's color turns to golden brown. 

6: Now tasty and delicious kabaabs are ready to eat.
